Type Locality

Streams, approximately 5 miles (8 km) north of Stilwell on U.S. Highway 59, Adair County, Oklahoma.

Range

Tributaries of the Red River in eastern Oklahoma and extreme northwestern Arkansas.

Habitat

Rocky streams.
