Location Piritu Lagoon, Puerto Píritu, Anzoategui State, northeastern Venezuela
Comments According Steven Hilty («Birds of Venezuela», 2nd edition, 2003, pages 292-293) this species would not be reported in Venezuela from 1984. This one would be the second sighting of a Marbled Godwit in our country with public photographic record.
